Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you find something wrong with the item once you have opened and tasted it, will will still honor your return for that item and the unopened remainder of the case. If you prefer, we will send you new product at our expense rather than a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund or replacement product within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund/new product much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days) or the time it takes for the new product in transit to you.
If you need to return an item, simply email email@example.com with your order number, reason for the return and the best way for us to reach you, and we will get your return processed.
Your order will ship as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days.
Within the US
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in the USA. Orders under $100 are charged a flat $5.99 for shipping in the US. We will ship either Fed Ex ground or USPS priority mail. If you can only receive one or the other, please specify in the comments.
We charge a flat $10.99 for shipping to Canada. All items will be sent via USPS priority international. Please note that it will take about 14 days to receive your order due to long transit time and having to clear customs.
At this time we only ship to the USA and Canada. Shipping charges become higher than the price of the items when shipping anywhere else.
